When you book a puja or consultation, we collect your name, contact details, and birth details (date, time, place) necessary for kundli analysis and sankalpa. Shop orders additionally require a shipping address.
Your information is used solely to perform the requested services — kundli review, puja sankalpa, delivery of products and communication about your booking. We may occasionally share festival greetings or muhurat updates, which you can opt out of anytime.
Consultations are strictly confidential. Your personal problems, birth details and discussions with Guru ji are never shared with any third party. Testimonials are published only with explicit consent.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect the data you share with us over WhatsApp, email or forms.
